i have quit smoking and havent had a good night sleep in like 3 days now… i am on nicorette gum and it isnt working, i really want to quit but i am feeling that the only thing to stop coughing is to have another smoke… so any good ways to stop coughing???

I want to quit so bad. For me, it is really hard. My husband knows I want to quit really bad. He came home with some Nicorette gum.
