Well, for 21 years I smoked a ‘pack and a half’ a day (at a cost to me of 5000 dollars a year) and QUIT SMOKING 5 years ago ( now at a 5 year savings of 25000 dollars) so…. I want to help you or others quit smoking and perhaps save thousands of dollars in the process over the long term. Why am I doing this? The topic of ‘quitting smoking’ was a topic I decided to do for my little video show ‘5 Minutes with Neil’ where I basically give a 5 minute monologue about whatever I want to. This week I picked ‘quitting smoking’ as a ‘topic’ as it is an interesting topic and one in which I’ve had success. I firmly believe my method of “quitting smoking” works as it looks at addiction from various angles not normally examined…..it definitely worked for me as I haven’t had a puff of a cigarette in 5 years. I’m done with smoking forever. Addictions are a serious matter and I’m just a performer doing a little video based upon ‘my own’ experience with quitting smoking , so listen/try but ……whatever ‘works for you’ is the best method for you.
