Have been smoking since I was 18 and have tried to quit cold turkey and it didn’t work. I am now 32; and really need help. Because I have high blood pressure and would love to hear any suggestions.

my moms been smoking since she was 18 and shes going on 50 now. She just quit by using something called the electronic cigarette. Its like a cigarette but its not. You plug it in and it lights up like a real cigarette. It gives you a shot of nicotine but the rest is all water vapor. Its more psychological cause you feel like our smoking but your not. It works way better than the patch. Its 100$ though but if you have the money its well worth it if your serious about quitting.
the good news is that i now have been quit for over 5 years.. i quit trying to quit alone, and joined a support group.. i attend nicotine anonymous meetings both locally and on line.. on line voice meetings are he as close as your computer, and you can attend while still smoking, before actually attempting a quit.. however you decide to quit good luck, there is simply no wrong way to quit!!
