  1. @luigiK1 yeah maybe your right i mean 3 years is long but not that long and yeah your right about the “drive” thing

  2. You probably didn’t see it as a sacrifice; When you “give up” smoking, it’s hard. When you rightly understand that there is nothing to “give up”, and only things to gain, then quitting smoking isn’t hard for anyone. Even long-term chain-smokers would find it easy to quit as long as they obtain the right mental attitude.
People should stop trying to “give up” smoking and start to “get out” of smoking. Seen?

  3. I smoked cigarettes since i was 13. im 20 now and i quit 3 months ago and i couldn’t have done it without the e-cigarette.

  4. Man Im so angry! My dad smokes and no matter hw many times I try to show him these quit smokinh videos he just keeps on doing it again! Its annoying me! Anyone have any other suggestions to get my dad to quit smoking?

Sure, get him to read Allen Carrs Easyway to stop smoking. If he reads it, and finishes it, he will probably quit smoking. Forget nicotine replacement and scary video clips, that won’t help any smoker. Try some good old knowledge. Better yet, you read it first and you will be able to better explain than he can himself what it means to be a smoker. Because right now, you’re just annoying the crap out your dad.

  6. @Superhightec
inform yourself about Allen Carr’s EASYWAY method to stop smoking, talk to your dad about that after you have possibly read the book(u can find it everywere) and make your dad read it. i assure you that is a great book.

  7. Also improves better Orgams for that wet vagina in your bed and that little tally whacker of yours.

  8. love how all they talk about is how great they feel being a nonsmoker, instead of the agony and torture one endures when trying to quit.. and how you never ever feel like a “nonsmoker”, you always feel like an ex-smoker. big difference. everyone i know who has quit, from my grandfather to people my age and lower, all say the same thing… they think about smoking very often or all the time and it’s a daily struggle to not go back.

you wanted suggestions on how to make your father quit? here is one: try shutting the fuck up. nothing pisses off a smoker and makes them want to continue like the nagging and dissapointment guilt trips nonsmokers put on them. the bottom line is he won’t quit until he wants to, nothing you can say or do matters, and that is the bold fucking truth that non-smokers will never tell you.

  10. I sometimes feel like relapsing and just having one cigarette, but then I remember how it feels to smoke after 2 years off..It is awful. If it helps anyone, I have my own way of not relapsing. “I never have to smoke tobacco again.” The memories of all that ash and smoke, dirty ashtrays, the wheeziness, the low energy, bad breath, etc. I am so glad I quit after 22 years…Anyone who wants to stop smoking,remember..It’s never too late to quit, but there’s no time like the present.
    PEACE

  11. @WarezWald0 EXACTLY!!! My ex-girlfriend never stopped nagging about my smoking and why I wouldn’t stop for her if I loved her. You know what helped me to quit? Ditching the girlfriend and deciding it for myself. However, if you feel like you have to make an effort not to relapse than something is not right. I never feel bad about not smoking. I feel very liberated and free. I tried to get rid of that crap for two years straight. I feel like an ex-smoker but I’m very happy not to smoke anymore.

  12. @WarezWald0 I think one of the reasons of this video is to show people what they achieve after they quit or something. I think about smoking quite often, however I never feel like wanting to smoke again. It tasted like shit but you got hooked anyway. You had to pay tons of money, you smelled like crap etc. I’m happy to be over that. The stuff about it “tasting” or “feeling” good is just the nicotine brain-f**ing you and you have to become aware of that. Never a pathetic smoker again!

  13. I stopped smoking for about 2 1/2 yrs. I stopped smoking not just for myself but for my child. I didn’t want to risk her health because of my filthy habit. I’m happy I got rid of this bad habit. My life is so much better and I can breathe!!!

  14. this makes me want to put on a rolling stones album and drink some jack and coke and smoke sooo many marlboro 27’s

  15. I was a heavy smoker for 40 years. I quit 3 years ago. After the first year of quitting, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I am so thankful that I had quit, because I knew the added energy, better breathing, would be a positive force in helping me to combat the disease. Today, cancer free, still a non smoker, and looking and feeling better than I have in years.

  16. I stopped smoking for a month now, the money i saved is unbeliable.

Good luck with whoever trys stopping smoking
