  1. I AM IN LOVE WITH YOU!! Your quit smoking journey sounds exactly on par with mine… i tried everything … 5months ago … stopped cold turkey … still feel like i am adjusting sometimes … but feel soooooooooooo much better …. thank you thank you thank you ….

  2. cool film BTW i asked before how to quit with juicing gonna stop on jan 3rd ready and siked now — need help gonna juice alot – no cigs around

  3. Persuading won’t help. You just got to be your friend’s friend and support them with whatever they do. That I believe is most important!

  4. I’ve have read it over 5 times and have read all his other editions and books, plus had the audio program. I know many people who successfully quit with it, but for me it didn’t help!

  5. I quit in October! This is the longest I’ve been without a cigarette in 10 years. I quit cold tukey as well. I’ve tried to quit many times but this time I dumped my last disgusting ashtray in a glass jar with a lid and put it up in my closet. I decided that when I had a craving I’d take it out to look at it or smell it. The amazing thing is that I never even had to take it out. I only had to think about it’s nastiness when I had a craving and it helped me get through it. Strange but true 🙂

  6. I suggest a week waterfast to quit any addiction. Also food addictions. It is maybe hard to believe if you didn’t do it, but it seems after a few days on water (like 3 or 4) the nervous system gets reset. You don’t even crave that chocolate anymore then! I’m not kidding!!

  7. Yes, whenever i have a craving I also think about the nasty cigarette smell– I never want to smell like that again!!!

  9. Natasha!! Do you think it is okay to go raw before quitting smoking? I truly believe that I am more addicted to cooked foods then nicotine.Help!

  10. thank you so much for the inspiration to quit. i am about to try (again) and i really want this to be the last time.

  11. @Tamyy1988 Natasha was raw for almost a year before she quit smoking.

Personally I’ve been raw for 4 months, and now I’m in the quitting stage.

I do however believe you won’t get the full rewards from raw food if you’re still killing yourself slowly. Please take my word for it, I was raw for 3 months with no smokes, and its FAR FARRRR more rewarding, and you’ll feel MUCH better, much more “clean”

Also should be said, don’t use raw food as an excuse not to quit. Just advice, Good luck

  12. @RawRadiantHealth I’m the total opposite, I love the taste and especially the smell of cigarettes, I believe this is because my mom smoked around me while I was growing up. I quit smoking for almost a year and restarted due to stress, quit again, then restarted from stress again.

I’m working right now on quitting again, and trying to develope a new stress reliever 😉 lol

  13. I would def. agree fasting really helps when quiting. i too have tried all sorts of remedies, and i had finally succeeded when i had gone cold turkey, combined with the Master Cleanse.
thanks for your wonderful videos, i have been really enjoying you since i’ve subscribed 😀 i also love the way you say “Fabulous” you have such a contagious smile…luv ya! <3

  14. I’ve been smoking 19 years and sick of it. I like the way you change your thinking to deal with the withdraw. I too am going cold turkey this time.
