How can I quit smoking when nothing seems to work? What will work?
Im trying to quit smoking for the past 6 months and nothing is working. I tried the patch, gum, and hypnosis and none of them have worked for me. Does anyone have an answer for me that might work?

I don’t know, but I would just like to say, I’ve met a guy who did heroin at one point who says quitting smoking is harder then heroin. Sucks.
Have you tried marijuana for substitution?
I am in the same boat with you!!!!
A girl that worked for me told me her mother quit by buying a huge bag of the dum dum suckers (the little one). She said when her mom had a craving she would get a dum dum out sucked on it! She told me her mom has been smoke free for 6 years!
I thought about trying that but I am not motivated to do it. I really need to be!
Find a good hypnotherapist that will regress you to the reason that you started smoking in the first place. If you can honestly look at a cigarette and say, "I want you out of my life forever" then you can quit with ease. Our habits will always over ride our will power.
Valerian Root is supposed to help.

los marijuanos
You don’t have a good enough reason to quit I guess. For me, it came down to choosing not to put my health/LIFE at such a risk.
