  1. 32 years old. Tried three times to quit. Epic fail every time. Currently 6 hours without a fag. Starting to crack!!!!

  2. Im 18, my father has bought my cigarettes for me since the age of 14. Im currently trying to quit simply by smoking dank weed in place of cigarettes. works so far but not a complete orgasm in your throat like a cigarette

  3. I just quit cold turkey spontaneously about 9 hours ago. I’m losing my fucking mind I don’t know how I can keep this up.

  4. I love how people assume that just because someone is young they’ve never experienced anything significant. I know people who are 16 and have been smoking for 4 years, so when Mousa says he has quit why don’t you congratulate him instead of belittling his situation, probably cause you’re jealous a kid was able to quit and you can’t.

  5. dude really i had that happend today it was like “go smoke a cig” then “no fight it” that went on for hours

  6. red wine is fine a couple glasses on the weekends has Antioxidants that Benefit your body unless you drink bottle after bottle in excess.

  7. It’s so hard i just cant stop smoking i tried alooooooooooot of times.People i need a real solution here, this isn’t working out for me

  8. stop trying to quit just quit … no reasons you should smoke … try to get out of ur natural environment for 2-3 weeks to stop then when u go back you can’t have just one cigarette because you don’t smoke ne more

  9. I can’t remember why I started in the first place. Too impress a girl I think “Look how cool I am cough cough”. She’s long since gone but the smoking remains. Stupid

  10. i hope that you can quit. i did i think… i have gone 8 days without a cigarette but i still kinda want a cigarette but i dont think i will smoke one. you should quit

  11. @humanspider92 its like for everyone dude…im 19 and ive failed multiple times but trust me, if u REALLY want to quit, than you will.

  12. I’ sixteen and have been smoking for about 2 and a half years… have tried twice before to quit, but hopefully this tie I will succeed.

  13. the point is, look at your life, when you have a smoke, and then take note of that… Stop smoking , and then whatever makes you want to smoke or the times when you want a smoke… do something else or cut the smoking stress stuff out of your life….

  14. @SickmanDamian666 exactly, there are alot of stupid reasons why people start, mine was when i didnt have any weed i needed something to puff on, i smoked for about 5 months and that was it for me. Now ive made the decision to quit. Good luck to anybody else also wishing to quit

  15. Great advice. All you have to do is get over the initial first 3 weeks and the urges are gone. However this first 3 weeks is hard but if your that determined it shouldn’t be too long. Just do stuff you love to do for 3 weeks, eat what you love to eat etc. Then your basically a free man/women. It worked for me and I smoked a pack a day for 5 years.
