I want to quit smoking. I haven’t smoked for about 3 days. But its hard to say no when everyone around me smokes. Please help me.

1. Psychotherapy.
2. By seeking help from Smoking cessation services (if you reside in the UK)
3. Trying electronic cigarretes.
