Ive been wanting to quit smoking for awhile now but ppl said to ween it down a lil by lil every week. But im just stoping immediately is that good or bad to do?

I don’t smoke, never have; i’m just wondering how many ppl have successfully quit smoking. If you haven’t quit, how many times have you tried to? Do the cravings ever stop? What age did you start smoking and why?
