Is it normal to have diarrhea after you quit smoking?
Also major headaches?
Sore Throat?

Yes all of those are normal.
There is a whole range of normal reactions to quitting – but those are included. Congrats on your choice!
Yes, it is normal. Because your body isn’t used to no nicotine, it reacts in different ways. If your stilll worried after reading this, have you tried going to the doctors? I’m sure they will tell you the right thing.
ok well stop buying them and go to the doctor and then you ask him or her i need pills cause i am trying to quit smoking thats what my grandma did and it did not make her sick
When I quit I was actually pretty constipated, but your body will definatley be out of whack for a while when you quit. I personally experienced the constipation, mild headache, some shakiness/restlessness, and trouble sleeping. And lets not forget 7 additional mystery pounds on my fat butt with absolutely no change in my diet. It didn’t come off for almost a year after I quit.
I think it could be normal. My husband is on week three of not chewing tobacco. He gets sick to his stomach a lot and gets headaches. We assume he is going through withdrawal syndromes.
Well i would think its normal! Your brain is craving nicotine so it trys anything to get it. Like getting you sick. I wouldn’t worry much. But if you wanted to you could check in with your doctor.
Congrats!!!!!! You quit! Yay. My big day is next week. 🙂
I have done a lot of research on quitting smoking the last couple of weeks, and headaches during/ and after withdrawl came up a lot in my research. Also you may feel light headed or sick to your stomach as the nicotine is being released from your system completely. Takes 2-5 days. I wouldn’t worry too much, but if it doesn’t go away…i would talk to the doc.
I quit once before 8 years ago and i felt like "poop" for at least a week.
I quit 4 year ago after smoking 20 cogs a day for nearly 15 year…I had nightmares, migraines, and i would just burst out crying for no apparent reason I had the worst cough and sore throught imaginable…for a while i thought i was better off smoking but after about 3 month I felt like a new woman…I never feel groggy on a morning and never cough I rarely get cold or flu and have white teeth and my skin is clear.I also smell lovely unlike people who smoke….they smell like dog s##t…. ha
