  1. This really worked for me. I was very receptive and i find it has great tools that I use every day. I’m now 21 days without a single puff where i couldn’t get past a day around my smoking friends before.

  2. I’m passing this on. I like the theta thing with the spiral on screen and the water with drums, the accent. Bravo. The boxes… Why the curry though? Why did you mention onions? Is this an association technique? Thanks anyway, but curry is very good for you. Turmeric is often found in curries and that is preventative for cancers. God bless you nonetheless for bringing this to people.

  3. I loved this video series…I used all of them and I have been smoke free for over thirty days. I say pass it on to anyone wanting to quit! After 40 + years of smoking….I am smoke free…thank you!

  4. I have a psychotic type mental illness does this classify as a severe psychological condition and why would it mean that I shouldn’t watch this video

  5. I wanted to personally thank you for this. I have been smoke free for more than thirty days, and i’ve been smoking for ten years! Much gratitude for saving my life. I feel so much better.

  6. Again, I used your video along with nicotine lozenges. I was using them for about fifty days and stopped using them about ten days ago. The first couple days without nicotine were a little emotional but I now feel healthy and stable. Two months smoke free and I credit the combination of this video and nictoine replacement with my success. Again, thank you, this video tweaked some vital aspects of my psychology.

  7. lovely! I played all three parts yesterday and it worked for me. it was a bit of a pain becoming aware and playing the next part but i took it easy and it payed off-no cravings or ill effects. thank you very much.

  8. does anyone else find that everytime you try and quit smoking you come back twice as worst. thats my biggest problem

  9. yes smoked for 5yrs quite for 2yrs and started last yr on 4 of July and today at 3pm i smoked and i got sick starting to throw up and shyt so throw the remaining away and can home looked up ways to quite on your own with out help from doctors or gun patches or what ever is out there and came across this hope it works =)

  10. I find that I smoke less since the last time I stopped. I think it’s because your body was deprived of something so it automatically asks for more. By telling yourself that it’s not the end of the world because you started again and that it’s only a little fall and you can get back up again helps a lot. It’s like learning to walk, we will fall a few times but can get back up, though more difficult then walking ..lol just my 2 cents
