I never really got smoking, i am the only adult member of my family who does not smoke and who has never smoked. when ever a family member of mine dies, it has either been cancer or war ( i come from a military family, i am actually the only male member of my family who hasn’t gone into the military as well) so it was never really a temptation for me in the fist place. im glad to hear you quite, think could solve smoking and the obesity issue in the USA at the same time with your technique? lol
My god! Thought i was weird when I bust out a load of push ups to counter the cravings!! Though the best one, everyone listen here, is hills sprints!!! Kill yourself with sprints, you won’t smoke for at least 3 weeks, trust me!!
I used to smoke cigars but i think if I did now I’d start normal smoking again.. Those Hukka things, same shit. It’s all smoking. It’s no good for you.
My wife has been trying to make me quit, I tried cold turkey once, but I only made it 1 month.
I made a deal with myself, that I will quit before the end of this year.
You are an inspiration, I will definitely do push ups instead of a smoke from now on.
when i quit i got the nastiest cigar i could find, after 2 days of not smoking i light it up i didnt even puff on it logner than to light it up and it was so horrible i didnt want a smoke anymore….find something to chew on, drink lots of water, no coffee, and drink a couple beers before bed to help get rid of that restlessness of it all and go for a run…when i quit i started running 5+ miles a day and it really helped

The smoking with kids around thing, i completely agree. That shit pisses me off too
How do you feel about cigars and pipe (not weed or any kind of drug)
because they are not meant inhaling
smoking with kids in a car is illegal in canada.
Congrats bro!
Hats off to ya for quitting. It hurts my chest when i do cardio and really holds me back in fitness.

awesome work bro. stay away from that filth.
The e cigarette is definitely better than smoking. It costs less, there’s no tar, it doesn’t stink or make other people breath nicotine.
