  2. i quit smoking 2 and a half years ago after 30 years smoking and if i knew that it was that easy i would done a long time ago i was smoking 30 cigs a day and from that i went to 0 no problem so if i can do it anybody can do it

  3. @gazleese You can do it, today it’s my 31st day and I can tell you that after a week or so you will feel better and the urge to smoke will be easy to handle.

  4. Well so far I am on 4 days and it’s still hard does stopping smoking make you tired because I am absolutely exhasted since stopping?

  5. @gazleese It can be hard mentally but you are almost over the hump. Another 2 or 3 days and you’ll start feeling better. Whatever you do, don’t try to sneak “just one” because then you’ll have to start all over again. Just keep going, you can make it.

  6. im on about 2-3 cigs a day, not alot yeah but the craving is strong, i really enjoy smokiing but am at a military college and fitness is priority, admittably i am really fit but i cud get sooo much fitter and healthier if i quit,
im on day 2, basically, i want a fag, not gnna lie, but ive heard so much good stuff about quitting that i am not going to crave, going to think of it as a man test and state of mind. how i loves a challenege 🙂
