  1. I would suggest that when you get an urge to smoke, snack on something instead.

    Preferably something healthy, like an apple, carrots, orange, banana, etc.
    But candy, gum, or mints will do too. Also, always have a bottle of water with you.

    I swear, it worked for me.

  2. Buy sunflower seeds and chew on em when you have the urge to smoke…ive heard that that one usually works…good luck quitting.

  3. i would definitely suggest a nicotine inhaler. a big part of the addiction is your routine. you might smoke after meals, or at certain times every day. your mind gets into the habit of smoking, not just your body. try using the inhaler whenever you would normally have a cigarette. (plus the feel of the inhaler between your fingers helps too)

  4. I did the patches for 7 weeks… it worked wonders. It has been 7 months now and i tell ya it can still be tempting but its not to bad. Good Luck!!!! You can do it!!

  5. Just a advice to you

    Try to take Rx Water about 2.5 ltrs per day and see the result after 14 days.

    The Rx Water is the Aura Healing Water Therapy that can help you to reduce and quit smoking also make you healthy from any other decease.

    Just take a second to think about this;
    If you think wellness is expensive try illness

  6. I’m biting the bullet and taking Chantix. I’ll probably have every bad reaction possible since I don’t take medicine often and tend to not agree with it. I’ve given up on trying to quit myself. Maybe you should try it too? My doctor wrote me a priscription for 2 months supply and said that in 2 months she’ll write two more prescriptions. She encourages smokers to use it for 4 month. My husbands doctor encourages 3 months. I know this is replacing one bad habit with another but I am willing to take the risk at this point. Good luck to you!
