Day 6 cold turkey…. Still hard, but I am fighting!!!
@MegaErik1968 well done how u going ? give it time and u will realize how bad smoking and smokers smell and how much it costs to smoke
the doctor can prescribe a medicine to help u quit as well not patches something different
well done if u fail this time dont give up just try again
@MARTINLARSENF0X do u have any idea how bad u smell ? smoking stinks smokers stink i never realised till i gave up how bad ppl smell who smoke if u cant give up on ur own go to the doctor and they can prescribe a medication to help u to stop
@TheGeoplanb I smoke maybe 4 cigarettes a day, the tobacco comes from native indians that dont use chemicals to make them burn even, or stops it from ever going out when your not sucking on it.. I’m not worried at all, it would take me 300 years of smoking to add up to a pack a day for my entire lifetime..
@Me102288 my mistake my friend. i thought you were a young kid who does not know any better. i meant it as an advice, but in your case you clearly know the score. so i admire your confidence….. well done

i dont smoke and HATE the smoke
@moineaux1 been smoking since I was 18,, I’m 32 now..
never been hooked on anything. Mind over body.. I will never and can never be addicted to anything I dont want to be.
Peoples will power must be lacking if they have a HABBIT. they cant break.
Like I said.. they make billions on those chemical infested smokes..
I wouldnt be surprised if one of the chemical makes it addictive.
because tobacco has nothing addictive in it. therefore its habbit.
