  3. @lilky123456789 hi! i quit smoking a week ago and got really sick the day after. i ve been coughing too and my lung area hurts which it didnt before. i really find it strange that while i was smoking I felt fine and now i feel sick, so I think its the body healing itself and in order to do that it “gets sick”…

  4. @fbuch123 youve been inhaling poisons and toxins for goodness knows how long, your bodies crying out for them now, keep fighting it.

  5. @lilky123456789 this is just your lungs naturally healing themselves. It really depends on how long you had been smoking and how much. They say a pack a day smoker will accumulate a cup of tar in their lungs in one year. Your going to need to give yourself a while and be patient with it. Remember, your lung is a sponge, thats a lot of tar, cough it all up, start running lightly, drink lots of water, stay away from coffee, milk, mucas forming material. Keep it up and keep coughing it up!

  6. @GiXXerTig1122 this is silly, i’ve smoked for 17yrs…gave up 3 weeks ago, haven’t coughed or coughed up mucas!!! no withdrawls…haha

  7. Smoking is damaging to your health. With every puff you take, you fill your system with thousands of toxic chemicals. It is no wonder individuals would like to quit smoking, but it is very hard. I came across an effective way to quit smoking, youtube wont let me post it right here so I put the link in my profile.

  9. I am familiar with zyban…when you go off it, you go through the same issues you would have gone through (or perhaps WORSE) when going cold turkey from cigarettes themselves. Yes, it helps, yes it also helps reduce weight gain…but there is an adjustment when you start it (increased anxiety, sleeplessness & on & on) & there can be very serious withdrawal issues including increased rage & feeling violent, suicidal thoughts & feelings, hopelessness & so on. Do your research before taking this!
