  3. It really isn’t hard. There’s just a hump you have to get over that lasts about a month at the very most. The biggest reason why it was so hard for me to quit was because i was afraid of not being able to smoke ever again. But, what you need to understand is that once you get to a point, there is no going back. Because you’ll see how much you accomplished and going back is just not even an option. I swear.

  4. Just everytime you want one remind yourself why you shouldn’t and remind yourself how much better you’ll feel. I smoked for 6 years a pack a day. And now i can run a mile almost perfectly. It’s been about 6 and a half months…i’ll never go back. Good luck. If you happen to start again. It’s always easier the second time around. P.S. The patch really helps. You can actually feel the nicotine.

  5. you know you can do it!. i quit by just pure will power, nothing else at all. my lung got sore so i thought something is up with me so i quit. u think to urself, do i want to carry on smoking and see what happends to me or quit and recover. when something like that happends to your lungs its really scary!!.
