I am wanting to quit smoking but I have no will power. Especially when half my office smokes and I work in a stressful job. Does anyone have any suggestions that could possible help me?

stay away from them esp at break time. brush your teeth often to decrease the after food cig….try chewing on a straw ..it gives you something to do w your hands and mouth both instead of smoking…eat on twizzler sticks…kinda same effects as straw…also can try toothpicks, the make cin. flavored ones….brush and floss often and admire your new brighter smile….buy yourself some new cologne and think bout smelling good for a change…stay away from the smoking area….email smokers or call them or socialize w them at a non-smoking place…if you go somewhere w a smoker don’t exit w them if you think they will light up and tempt you. don’t go to nite clubs. don’t smoke in your car or inside your house even before you quit……then you will have broken that urge before you really get into the quitting phase…..just the car smoking took me bout 6 mo to do…but i bought a new car and it made it easier. find something u like to do that you can’t smoke at the same time and do alot of it..g’luck once you make up your mind you really want to ,you can…any body can
My mom just went to get hypnotized to quit & its been 28 days so far with out one. But she also went w/ a friend & her friend got hypnotized too, but it didn’t work for her friend. But this is just a suggestion. Good Luck.

expensive when u buy them over and over
have u asked 2 be seated in a non smoking section at work(where do u work)-if yes find a new job first then quit the old job so u r not jobless

yellow teeth
stains
dirty
tar in lungs
black tongue
unhealthy
will kill other people by them breathing in ur smoke
live less
disgusting
Tried the patch, gross gum and those commit things. None of that crap worked at all! I used the program from this site – it’s wroked pretty well as I’ve been smoke free for a couple of months now – and my will power sucks!

"tumor causing, teeth staining, smelly, puking habit"
visualize each word
Develop the will power. Remember, the mind is a very powerful thing.
