i am a 15 year old boy who’s been smoking for 4 years. i really need to quit due to the fact that i’m failing gym, and i’ve been keeping my lunch money for cigarettes for years. How can i quit without consulting my parents (they don’t know i smoke)?

you have to realize first if you want to quit.
then you have to make yourself hate that stuff, write down a list what you dislike, i.e. it stinks, makes you sick and distracts you from the important stuff, taints your teeth, eats your money.
you have to look at a cigarette and tell yourself "it’s bad! i don’t want it anymore!"
then proceed and destroy it. repeat until your reserves are depleted and stop buying it. whenever someone wants to give you one, take it and destroy. not breaking it but open the paper, shed the Tabac and rip the filter apart.
you really have to feel like you don’t want it anymore.

You remove “H” from Habit, abit remains,
