  1. The only way to prove it is for you to spend a fair amount of time around them and them to see that you’re not smoking, nor to smell it on your breath or clothing.

The proof is in observation over time…

  2. WHY WOULD U WANT TO SMOKE HAHA JUST INCREASCES YOUR CHANGE OF HEART FALURIE AND DISEASE BY 50 PERCENT AND YOU PAY TO DIE FUCK THAT

  3. Well, if u don’t have any cigarettes with u, u should be kinda’ safe, but ur parents will still get mad at u 4 probably even starting 2 smoke… I’ll write more when I think of more…

  4. what type of smoking? tell them it was some for experiment and how foolish it was to risk your health and your done with that, you tried it and realized it wasn’t for you,

  5. There are a few things you can say…
    1. I realized the effects smoking has, ex. tried running a mile and couldn’t do it cause I had breathing problems, so i quit.
    2. It is too expensive, what are cigs like almost $10 a pack!!!
    Good Luck,
u really should try and quit though, its a disgusting habit!

  6. YOu will have to ask them to trust you. You may also add "why" you quit. And that you realize it is difficult task and wish their support. You may also consider telling your parents that you tried smoking, decided that it something you do not wish to continue…and explain to them they no longer have to worry about your smoking.
They most likely know you are or have, at one time, smoked. They just never knew how to approach the topic…you can show your maturity by revealing what you been hiding….
Then, if the topic is brought up anywhere at anytime, you can relax, take a deep breath, and be proud of your actions.

  7. Tell them, that’s all you can do. Why do people put this stuff on myspace, anyway? It’s PUBLIC, dudes.
